From a very young age, I've have been drawn to helping people.  After earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Services at Cazenovia College in 2004, I continued to be interested in massage therapy and decided to go back to school.  I went on to graduate salutatorian from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic massage in December 2010.  While studying at OSTM I learned relaxing Swedish techniques, sports and event massage, as well as pregnancy, Shiatsu and treatments like connective tissue and trigger point therapy.  I strive to provide a relaxing and therapeutic experience to help you with your wellness journey.
